As the date for this week’s blog post falls in the week when Christmas is celebrated, I’d like to send a warm greeting to you from Ramsgate where the beautiful holly tree pictured above grows next to the church of St George’s, in the centre of the town.
Seeing the tree reminds me of the carol ‘The Holly and the Ivy’. You can hear a performance of the carol here.
