‘Quilt In A Day’ in-person course, one-to-one tuition

Do you want to get started with quilting?

If you want to learn face-to-face, then I offer a ‘Quilt in a Day‘ course, with individual tuition at my home in Kent.

You will learn to make a small quilt and learn everything you need to make a bigger quilt in the future.  The only skill you need before starting is to be able to use a sewing machine to stitch a straight line of stitching.

You will get six hours personal, one-to-one tuition; all the materials and equipment are provided. You bring your own packed lunch and I provide tea, coffee and biscuits. It’s a full day, but a relaxing one.

‘Make Friends with Your Sewing Machine’ in-person course, one-to-one tuition

This is an absolutely basic course to introduce you to a sewing machine, so you can use it with confidence.  The course covers threading the machine, cleaning it, how to sew, how to select and use stitches, how to wind a bobbin and more. You can bring your own machine, or learn on one of mine. This is a half-day course delivered as a one-to-one session, so it can be tailored to you individually. The course takes place at my home in Kent.

You will get two and a half hours tuition; all the materials and equipment are provided. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included.
