It’s almost four years now since I became self-employed and part of my original plan was to write quilt and sewing patterns. I have written quite a few now for magazines (you can see the list here), but I have also been writing my own patterns. I can confidently recommend them to you, because of the feedback I have received, including:
‘It’s the easiest pattern I’ve ever used – and I’ve been quilting a long time.’
I sometimes sell the patterns in paper form at Craft Fairs, but most often sell via my Etsy shop. This year, Etsy is celebrating its 13th birthday with a site-wide sale. In the Amanda Jane Textiles shop, most patterns are 50% off from the 18th June until the 22nd June 2018. So I thought I would show you my range.
There are two double bed quilts:
There are five single bed quilts:
Next come two cot quilts and two lap-quilts:
There are some useful items for quilters and sewers:

And a really cute mini-quilt to make for a teddy or doll and a pair of pretty zip-up bags.

I always wonder who is reading what I write each week, so please do get in touch and tell me what you like, what could be better and what you’d like to see on these pages. I’d love to hear from you – there’s a comments form below.
