The Knitting & Stitching Show takes place at Alexandra Palace in London from Thursday 6 October to Sunday 9 October 2022. This year I am teaching at the show.

This is a machine appliqué class featuring this charming, yet quirky, bird. You will be provided with colourful fabrics to cut out and stitch down your own QUIRKY BIRD using machine appliqué techniques. This gives you the central panel for a cushion cover. Leave the workshop with additional fabric and full instructions for making up the cushion cover at home.
This class takes place on Thursday 6 October 2022 from 10.00 to 11.00 a.m.
Patchwork over Papers
This is a hand-stitching workshop. Learn to do beginners’ hand-stitched patchwork (English Paper Piecing) and discover the appeal of this relaxing technique. You will be provided with fabrics and paper templates to try out this new skill and leave the workshop with lots of ideas for developing the technique further.
This class takes place on Thursday 6 October 2022 from 16.15 pm to 17.15pm
Have Fun with Crazy Patchwork
This is an enjoyable hand-sewing technique. You will be provide with a selection of coordinated cotton fabrics, sewing thread and embroidery floss. With these materials, you will learn some basic Crazy Patchwork techniques on the day. You will leave the workshop with additional ideas for stitches and other decorative techniques to use in the future, when sewing crazy patchwork.
