This year, I am hoping to persuade you to make a quilt. Each month, on the second Monday of the month, I am sharing a step-by-step pattern for a twelve-inch block. By the end of the year, you will have enough for a quilt. November’s pattern is below. If you have been piecing along with me you are nearly there: November is the eleventh of twelve blocks. It’s quite a complex one and my top tip is to label the sizes of the different squares when you cut them out!
In case you missed it, January’s block is here
February’s block is here.
March’s block is here.
April’s block is here.

In the January post, you can see information about basic equipment for quilt-making. You don’t need a whole lot to get started!

Issue 70 of Quilt Now is in the newsagents now and one of my patterns is inside. It’s a brightly coloured throw or cot-quilt size which uses brightly coloured printed fabrics bought in Paris a few years ago from the shop ‘Petit Pan’, alongside aqua and red prints.

Thank you for reading my blog. Quilt patterns are here, Fabrics are here, Classes are here.
