Flying Geese quilt blocks

February is here at last! The month includes Valentine’s Day, my birthday and the promise that winter is nearly over, hooray!

Also this month, there is a new issue of We Like Sewing magazine. Here is the cover

And just look at the inset bottom right: in this issue you can build your quilting skills with a flying geese block. This contribution is from yours truly – in the article you can learn how to make the block; how to play with different fabrics and colours when making flying geese and how to use these blocks within other larger quilt blocks.
